Model range of overhung centrifugal pumps

In these pumps, the impeller is mounted on the end of the shaft. The electric motor with the pump is usually located on one common platform and connected to each other using a flange or coupling.

R series pumps (API OH2)

The axis of the impeller of pumps of this series is located horizontally, the casing is split in a transverse plane to the axis of the impeller, the fluid to the impeller is supplied from one side.

These pumps are easy to maintain, and due to the correct design of the bearing units for all applications with an operating temperature not exceeding 400 °C, there is no need to equip them with water cooling.

The double volute version results in reduced radial forces and shaft misalignment.

The rigidity of the casing, bearing assemblies and other structural components is quite sufficient so that, under the influence of the load and the weight of the nozzles, the shaft deviations are within the allowable range of values.

RL series pumps (API OH2)

R MAK series pumps (API OH2)

They have a radial body split and a horizontal axis of the impeller, a magnetic drive, the liquid to the impeller is supplied from one side. Manufactured in accordance with API 685.

The pumps are maintenance friendly. The double volute version results in reduced radial forces and shaft misalignment.

The rigidity of the casing, bearing assemblies and other structural components is quite sufficient so that, under the influence of loads and the weight of the nozzles, the shaft deviations are within the allowable range of values.

IL-DSIL (API OH3) series pumps

The axis of the impeller is vertical, the location of the branch pipes is in-line. The liquid to the impeller is supplied from one side (IL series) and from two sides (DSIL series).

Due to the large size of the receiving space of the impeller of the first stage and the impeller with one-sided flow of liquid, media are pumped without problems with a small cavitation reserve.
