1. NEMO Netzsch pump rotor

NEMO Netzsch pumps range from corrosion-resistant metal construction to wear-resistant NEMO CERATEC® ceramic rotors.

2. NEMO Netzsch pump stator

Netzsch manufactures stators to the latest technological and scientific standards to ensure high pump performance. Network monitoring system for production and process data, developed in-house and backed by consistent quality testing.

2.1. NEMO Netzsch pump stator manufactured by conventional technology

The stator of the NEMO Netzsch pump is made of tubes with integrated seals at both ends. Inlets are available in a wide range of elastomers, plastics and metals. The stator inlet is made in the form of a cone-shaped hole to improve the supply of the product to the transport chamber.

2.2. NEMO Netzsch pump stator with iFD technology

The IFD-Stator has a reusable and multi-component housing with a polygonal profile and NEMOLAST® elastomer placed in it. The benefits of this new technology include lower breakaway torque, higher efficiency, longer service life, easy and quick replacement, and environmental friendliness. 3. NEMO Netzsch pump drive gear

The drive and connecting shaft with connecting rod and two universal joints transfer power from the drive to the rotor.

4. NEMO Netzsch pump shaft seal

Standard design with wear resistant double acting single acting mechanical seals. Depending on the needs of the customer, single / double acting mechanical seals are manufactured, as well as cartridge and special seals with stuffing box packing.

5. NEMO Netzsch pump suction and pressure housing

The suction and pressure housings are hydrodynamically designed with flanged or threaded connections according to DIN and international standards. The body is made of gray cast iron, chromium nickel molybdenum steel, rubber coated or Halar® coated cast iron, and special materials to meet the latest technological requirements.

6. Unit design

Since the drive is attached to the pump lantern, has compact dimensions, low overall weight, and the shaft height is constant regardless of the design and size of the drive, the Netzsch screw pump requires low maintenance and is easy to maintain.
