Screw compressors Kobelco
Screw compressors use rotors to compress air or gas. Greater precision is required for stable operation at high temperature and high pressure. If the rotors are not exactly at the micron level, continuous compression is not possible. Expansion of the rotors at high temperature must also be taken into account when designing the compressor. Kobelco simulation technology contributes to the high performance of its compressors. Screw compressors have a wide range of applications in complex process applications, including oil and gas production, oil refining, petrochemical processing, steelmaking, general chemicals and power generation. There are two types: oil-filled and oil-free.
